My Review
When it comes to buying a kohl, I have 3 criteria which are very important to me and VLCC’s Enchanting Eyes Kohl in Blue, Black and Green have fulfilled all of them.
First, the kohl has to be smudge free. I am the sort of person who is very fidgety with her eyes and I end up looking like a raccoon by the end of the day. VLCC has a good staying power and it does not seem to mind my constant rubbing.
Second, with the monsoons overstaying their visit in Mumbai, the kohl has to be waterproof. VLCC Enchanting Eyes Kohl passes this test, too. I have been drenched in the rains but my kohl has stayed put.
Third, the colour has to pigmented so that it is visible even through my spectacles. Many a time, I apply coloured kohls which are not even visible because of my spectacles. I am happy to report that with its rich colour, VLCC Enchanting Eyes Kohl has passed this test, too.
