Medimix Natural Ayurvedic Glycerine With Lakshadi Oil: Review

Christmas is here and along with good cheer and chocolate rum cake, it also brings dry skin for me. Yes, the downside to this beautiful festival is dry patchy skin that only copious amounts of lotion can soothe. Medimix, in their latest TVC claimed that their new contains a unique combination of the purest and finest grade vegetable glycerin and the time tested Ayurvedic formula of Lakshadi oil to effectively prevent dry skin.
How true is this claim? Let’s find out!

Price: Rs 45 for 125gms.
Ingredients of Medimix Ayurvedic Natural Glycerine With Lakshadi Oil Soap:

Lucifer Lacca, Withania Somnifera, Curcuma Longa, Cedrus Deodora, Piper Aurantiacum, Saussure Lappa, Cyprus Rotundus, Tantalum Album, Chonemorpha Fragrans, Picrorrhiza Kurroa, Alpinia Galanga, Anethum Graveolens, Glycyrrhiza Glabra, Curd Water and Cocos Nucifer

My Review
I have always believed that Medimix soaps are apt for those with oily skin and had never tried its other variants because I have a dry skin type. But when I was told that Medimix now has a new soap for those with dry skin, I was pleasantly surprised.
First comes to first, the packaging of the product is clean and simple. The soap comes in a card board box and has a transparent covering. The minute you peel off the cover, you can take in the fresh aroma of this soap. It has a natural and herbal fragrance.
I have been using this soap for 5 days now and I must say that it has helped me reduce the dryness in my skin. Though, I hate using soaps on my face I decided to give Medimix a try because it is a natural product. However, I wasn’t too happy with the results. It cleansed my face well but could not provide it adequate protection from dryness.

As a bathing bar, the Medimix Ayurvedic Natural Glycerine With Lakshadi Oil works wonders for the skin. It lathers well, it does not melt and gives you softer skin as you keep on using it.
The fact that it is a cruelty free brand and also a vegan product is a big plus for me.
Overall review: Invest in Medimix Ayurvedic Natural Glycerine With Lakshadi this winter to get a softer, moisturized skin.
